Ingredients:
Half a onion, chopped
One pepper of choice
1 pound ground and drained, ground beef
Three cans of drain tricolor beans
One can of chili ready tomatoes
Chili powder, taco seasoning, garlic powder, or garlic salt and pepper to taste
Brown the meat, chop the veggies and throw in the crockpot or Insta pot for the timing of your choice, takes around 8 to 10 hours for ideal cooking time.
Serve over biscuits, sour cream, cheese, or any other of your favorite toppings.
