Here is our idea of grilled honey mustard chicken:


- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- 2 tablespoons honey

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley for garnish


1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chicken is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.

3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.

5. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.

6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
